  • Colour & Texture: We strive to display product colours and textures as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor will exactly match the actual product colours due to variations in monitor settings and screen calibrations. Slight variations in material, grain (especially wood and leather), or finishing are not considered defects.
  • Measurements: All product dimensions provided on the website are approximate. Please allow for a reasonable tolerance level (typically $\pm 2$ cm). Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture size fits their space and can pass through doorways, stairwells, and lifts.
  • Assembly: Unless White Glove Delivery or Assembly Service is specifically purchased at checkout, the product may require self-assembly. Instructions and hardware will be provided.

4. Order and Payment Terms

  • Payments: All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment of the full purchase price. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, and online payment methods (e.g., FPX).
  • Authorization: Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If authorization is not received, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
  • Inaccuracy: From time to time, information on Isofu.com.my may contain errors relating to product description, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or edit information without prior notice. We are not bound by typographical errors in price or product description.

5. Shipping, Storage, and Self-Collection

By purchasing on Isofu.com.my, you agree to abide by these supplementary policies, including:

  • The customer may terminate this agreement by notifying Isofu.
  • Isofu may terminate the agreement and deny access to any customer who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
