1. General Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Due to the size and weight of many of the items we sell, our shipping process utilizes specialized freight services.

  • Shipping Address: We will only ship to the addresses provided as the billing address or shipping address during your purchase.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that correct addresses and a reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Post-Office Boxes) and only to valid, legitimate shipping addresses.
  • Liability: We will not be liable in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided and the goods are consequently returned to us.
  • Re-Delivery Charge: All re-delivery of goods will be subject to associated shipping charges, which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

2. Change In Shipping Address

  • Within 12 Hours: If you request a change of shipping address, please email us at support@isofu.com.my or call 04-899 8098 within 12 hours of your order submission.
  • After 24 Hours: If a request for a change in shipping address is made after 24 hours from order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

3. Storage Timeframe & Charges

If you require a delayed delivery, we offer storage services:

  • Free Storage: We provide FREE STORAGE for up to 3 months from the date of purchase, or from the product ready date for Made-To-Order / Pre-Order items.
  • Storage Fee: After the 3-month free storage period, a storage fee will be charged at 5% of the item’s value per month.
  • Payment: The accrued storage fee must be paid by the customer before the item(s) are shipped out or collected (self-collect).
  • Policy Restriction: Item(s) stored at Isofu for more than 3 months are not eligible for exchange or refund.

4. Delivery Options & Timeframes

5. Delivery Scheduling and Communication

  • Pre-Delivery Contact: The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours in advance via phone or email to schedule a specific date and time window for delivery.
  • Recipient Requirement: An adult (18+) must be present at the scheduled time to inspect the items and sign the delivery receipt.

6. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

It is essential that you follow these instructions to protect yourself in case of damage.

YOU MUST THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.

  • Examine Packaging: While the driver is present, check all exterior packaging (boxes, crates) for crushing, punctures, or signs of mishandling.
  • Note Damages: If you observe any damage, you MUST clearly write a note of the damage (e.g., “Box torn,” “Crate dented”) on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
  • Refuse Only Severely Damaged Items: If an item appears severely damaged and unusable, you may refuse only that specific damaged piece. Please contact us immediately if you refuse a delivery.
  • Concealed Damage: Signing the receipt without noting any damage serves as your acknowledgement that the item was received in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for damages discovered after the carrier has left (concealed damage) if no notes were made on the receipt.

7. Disposal Charges

Please discuss any charges related to the disposal of old items directly with your freight carrier.

8. Self-Collection Information

If you wish to collect your order item(s) at our warehouse or retail stores, kindly select the self-collection location on the Checkout page during your online purchase.

  • Assembly: Assembly service will not be provided for self-collected item(s). However, assembly instructions and hardware will be provided in the box.
  • Storage Limit: We will only hold ordered item(s) for up to 5 days due to space constraints in our retail storeroom. Kindly contact the store if you require a longer timeframe.
  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must bring the proof of the Sales Order upon self-collection.
  • Inspection: Customers are advised to check the condition of the item(s) upon collection.
  • Transport: Customers must arrange their own manpower and suitable transportation that can accommodate their ordered item(s).
